Mardyke House Exhibition

In January 2016 Cities displayed audit findings from the Old Kent Road Audit at Mardyke house for local stakeholders and residents to see.

In January 2016 at Mardyke House, Crosslet St, London SE17 1HH, Cities put up initial findings from the Old Kent Road Audit. The exhibition was on display for a week, and the private view and presentation was very well attended. There was much discussion with local residents about the strength and value of the local economy, and many of the attendees were unaware of the variation and richness in businesses, manufacturers, fabricators and other industrial uses on their own doorstep.

“There was a great exhibition at Mardyke House at the weekend demonstrating the research that is being done in and around the Old Kent Road by students of Cass Cities. If you missed it they hope to be back later in the year. If you are part of the local economy or have a business however small and haven’t spoken to them yet they want to hear from you.”
